Who controls the data
The data controller for this website and appointment form is Marina Tambovtseva. Privacy contact: privacy@marinatambovtseva.com.
What the appointment form collects
The form may contain your name, contact details, requested format, preferred language, time zone, a short description of what brings you, preferred times, and technical campaign tags (UTM) if you arrived through a marked link.
Why the data is used
Only to reply to your request, arrange a first meeting, and organize further contact if you choose to continue. The form is not intended for detailed clinical history. Please do not include documents, diagnoses, intimate details, or anything you would prefer to discuss directly in session.
Consent and sensitive information
By submitting the form you explicitly consent to processing the information you entered for the purpose of contacting you about an appointment. Because a free-text request can sometimes contain health or other sensitive information, please keep it brief. You can withdraw consent for future processing by contacting the privacy email above; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Who may process technical data
The website and form are hosted by Netlify, which may process technical request logs and form submissions as a service provider. If email notifications or forwarding are used, the relevant email provider may process the contact needed to deliver the message. No form text is used to build advertising profiles on this site.
Analytics
No third-party advertising tracker is installed. If Netlify Web Analytics is enabled, aggregated traffic statistics are derived from server requests and can include pages visited, referrers, approximate geography and technical request information. The four linked self-tests are separate websites; their questionnaire answers are processed locally in the browser according to the notices displayed on those test pages.
How long data is kept
Appointment submissions are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and organize the request, and thereafter only where needed for legitimate organizational or legal obligations. Unneeded submissions are periodically deleted. If therapy begins, information that must be retained as part of professional records is handled separately from website marketing data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@marinatambovtseva.com.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers are handled through the safeguards used by the relevant provider under data-protection law.
